Contract waterjet cutting,

from single parts to production runs

We cut steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, stone, and plastic on a machine with a cutting area of 2500 × 1400 mm and a material thickness of up to 120 mm. Abrasive, cold, and without warping. Send us your drawing or DXF file, and you’ll receive a binding quote.

Contract Manufacturing

Cut to size according to your drawing

You send us your drawing, and we’ll cut it. Abrasive waterjet cutting operates without heat input. The microstructure of your material remains unchanged: no tempering colours and no thermal distortion at the cut edge. This applies even to hardened steels, composites, and materials that a laser cannot cut cleanly.

Our cutting area extends up to 2500 × 1400 mm with a material thickness of up to 120 mm. We manufacture individual parts, prototypes, and production runs.

And if your component needs to be milled, turned, welded, or painted after cutting, we handle that all under one roof. You have a single point of contact instead of four suppliers, and no intermediate steps where deadlines or tolerances get lost.

Steel and Stainless Steel

Structural steel, stainless steel, and high-alloy grades up to 120 mm. No heat-affected zone, no tempering colours, no loss of hardness at the cut edge.

Aluminium and Non-Ferrous Metals

Aluminium, copper, brass, and bronze. Clean cuts without warping, even with thin sheets and delicate contours.

Glass, Stone, and Ceramics

Float glass and laminated glass, natural stone, technical ceramics. Separated gently to preserve the material, without causing cracks along the edges.

Plastics and Composites

PE, PP, PMMA, PTFE, as well as GRP and CFRP. The cut edge does not melt, unlike with thermal processes.

How much does waterjet cutting cost?

The price depends on the material, material thickness, cut length, and quantity; therefore, there is no meaningful price per square metre. Send us your drawing, and we’ll provide you with a binding quote. For mass-produced parts, we use a tiered pricing structure.

What material thicknesses are available?

Up to 120 mm, depending on the material. For very thick cross-sections, cutting time increases significantly, which affects the price. We’ll let you know in advance whether waterjet cutting is the most cost-effective method for your part.

Waterjet or laser?

Waterjet cutting is a cold process and is therefore the first choice for hardened steels, thick sections, glass, stone, and composite materials. A laser is faster for cutting large quantities of thin sheet metal. If a laser is a better fit for your component, we’ll let you know.

In what format should I send my data?

DXF, DWG, or STEP. A dimensioned PDF drawing is also acceptable; in that case, we will trace the outline.

How soon will I receive a quote?

Usually within one business day.

Everything from a single source

After cutting, we move on to the next step

Many components aren’t finished after cutting. We handle all further processing in-house: CNC milling on a 5-axis simultaneous and a travelling column milling machine, CNC turning, MAG, TIG, and arc welding on a Demmeler 3D welding table, as well as industrial painting in our own booth with primer and topcoat in RAL colours.

For you, this means one point of contact, one schedule, one invoice. And no transport between several sites, where time gets lost.
