Contract CNC milling, from single-part production to series production

We provide milling services for mechanical engineering, plant engineering, and industry. We use the DMG MORI DMU 75 Monoblock for 5-axis simultaneous machining, and for large parts, the Soraluce TR 35 with 5-side machining up to 3500 × 1800 × 1300 mm. From prototypes to series production, including turning, welding, and painting in-house upon request.

Machining according to your drawing

We use the DMG MORI DMU 75 Monoblock for 5-axis simultaneous milling. Complex geometries, free-form surfaces, and components with multiple machining planes are produced in a single setup. This eliminates the need for re-clamping and ensures consistent tolerances across all surfaces. Travel range: 800 × 700 × 600 mm.

In addition, we perform turning operations on CNC turning centres and manufacture welded assemblies, which are then milled in-house. It is precisely this combination that explains why customers come to us with complete assemblies rather than just individual parts.

Contract Manufacturing

Large-part milling

For large components, our Soraluce TR 35 travelling column milling machine offers 5-side machining up to 3500 × 1800 × 1300 mm. It handles frames, base plates and racks that many contract manufacturers cannot take on.

CNC Turning

Turned parts with high surface quality, produced individually or in series, and combined directly with milling operations upon request.

Welded Assemblies

MAG, TIG and arc welding on a Demmeler 3D welding table, in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The parts are then milled and painted.

What is the minimum order quantity?

From a batch size of 1. Prototypes and individual parts are part of our daily routine, as are recurring production runs.

How large can the components be?

Up to 3500 × 1800 × 1300 mm on the travelling column milling machine, with 5-side machining. Smaller and more complex parts are machined on the 5-axis machining centre with a travel range of 800 × 700 × 600 mm.

What information do you need to provide a quote?

A 3D model in STEP format and a dimensioned drawing with tolerance and surface specifications. If only a drawing is available, that works too.

Do you also handle the follow-up work?

Yes. Waterjet cutting, welding, industrial painting, and assembly are all done under one roof. You receive the finished assembly instead of a box of individual parts.

Everything from a single source

From cutting to the painted assembly

We perform the rough cutting using waterjet cutting, which involves no heat input and therefore causes no warping that could affect subsequent machining. After milling, we perform welding as needed, apply industrial paint in RAL colours, and carry out complete assembly of subassemblies, including functional testing.

One point of contact, one schedule, one invoice. And no bottlenecks where a component gets held up.
