Cable length measuring machine type MZ 2

Machine for measuring the length of sheathed round cables with a diameter of up to 50 mm and sheathed flat cables with a width of up to 30 mm. The measuring device consists of a pair of tracks between which the material to be measured runs. The necessary frictional force on the material to be measured is generated by the weight of the upper track section. A deflection wheel on the lower pair of tracks is designed as a measuring wheel and is connected to a pulse generator (50 cm pulses per revolution) in a form-fitting manner. The length-related pulses generated by the incremental encoder are displayed by a Hengstler Signo GLZ P counter (approval mark 1.3/94.07 dated 09/29/94). The preselection counter can be supplied either in a housing or mounted on the meter. Technical data
